The Story

• Time Together: The two have been together since attending University of Cincinnati together.
• Quote: Brent caused a bit of controversy in a late season game in 2009 when he struck the Captain Morgan pose in a TD celebration. This came on the heels of Captain Morgan promising to donate money to Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund, a non-profit group that assists former NFL players. Even though Brent apologized for the pose, the NFL refused to allow Captain Morgan's to donate to the fund (seriously... we're not kidding). However, the whole idea was apparently not Brent's alone.
  “First of all I apologize to the NFL and the Eagles organization. I didn’t feel like it was going to blow up like this. It started out as a small charity deal for my wife, who works for Captain Morgan, and obviously it blew up bigger than that. Again, I’m sorry if it offended anyone, but it won’t happen again.”
