If you're debating the all time greatest big men of all time, is Tim Duncan the first guy forgotten? I mean seriously, he's put up 16 seasons of ridiculous basketball, but I always feel like he's left out of the topic.
Fortunately for Duncan, he doesn't appear to care a whole lot about that conversation. Duncan, who's sworn to never join Twitter since, he "has no interest in telling you what he's doing," is doing fine with a quiet life off the court. Tim Duncan's wife Amy Duncan is a major part of quiet home life. The couple met while attending Wake Forest together, where Tim was ramping up to be the #1 pick in the draft (and break Celtics fans' hearts), and Amy was a cheerleader. They married in 2001 and have two children together - a daughter born in 2005, and a son born in 2007.
Amy runs the Tim Duncan Foundation, a charity that helps to raise money for health awareness, research, and education in San Antonio, Winston-Salem, North Carolina and the United States Virgin Islands. The foundation also helps fund youth sports in those same areas.

Amy, my wife & I have season tickets (section 103) and we see you nearly every game with the kids. At half time you take them behind the stands, through the tunnel the players use. What is back there? Is it a place for family of the Spurs players? Also, my wife is curious, she knows your little girl is named Sydney and she was wondering what your little boy's name is. We've never seen it in the papers anywhere. If you don't want to tell, we understand.

Amy seems like a very sweet girl. In all of their interviews she seems to be crazy about her man, but in a classy way not a hang all over him kind of way, you know like she's trying to convince the world that he is hers. To me this shows her confidence in herself as a woman, as well as their marriage. I am sure this is due to the fact that Tim conducts himself as a happily married man and tries not to give her reason to have concerns over their marriage. This gives her more time to take care of their family the way she should, and to be able to handle their foundation in a way that is very beneficial to lots of folks. I love the spurs because of the way they conduct themselves on the court and off the court. I hope they never change. They set great examples for our youth to follow.

First of all,I like to give honor to God for you Timmy D.,man you are one of my favorite players ever in terms of playing,personality,and how humble you are on and off the court.I have been a Spurs fan for over 20 years and a Tim Duncan fan for over 15,you and your team are the best team in the last decade,I don't like just one player,I love the team,you guys are always in the hunt for a championship and and you always show class on and off the court,no one is better than the other person in your eyes and heart.To Amy,I see what someone said before I started to write this,is that person blind or just plain out mean,you are gorgeous,I look at your heart and that smile,that says a lot about a woman with beauty,who knows where she belongs,with someone who loves here,no matter what,GOD BLESS YOU,TIM,AND YOUR KIDS,you guys make me smile looking at how happy you are,hopefully me and my fiancee will be as happy as you are,she happens to be a Spurs fan,too,so we are on our way.Keep up the awesome work,Tim,Amy,and the Spurs.God has more for a beautiful couple.Be Blessed and Highly Favored in our Lord and Savior.

I'm a Winston-Salem native and have followed Tim since he played at Wake Forest and with the Spurs. I'm ashamed of some of the comments I had to read to get to the area to write a comment.Amy, you and Tim have made us very proud on and off the court.We wish you and Tim continued success .Ignore some of the trash talk.Jealousy is a ugly emotion and you two don't deserve that. We were shopping in Winston Salem at the mall not to long ago and I had them hold a pair of shoes for me. When they asked who would be picking them up, I said, "Tim Duncan"! They looked at me soooo strange. Now I know why!

I am very proud of the manner in which you conduct yourself on and off the Basketball Court. You are an excelent example of a role modle for our youth reguardless of race. Thank you for for being you and not trying to prove that you are bigger and badder than life. I am also proud of the way you respect your beautiful family.
