Fun Facts: In the 2008 offseason, Leigh Teixeira ultimately decided where Mark would sign. At the signing press conference, Mark said the following: "Cash [Brian Cashman] might want to give Leigh a hug, because when I asked her during the process, Where should I go, where should I go? ... Finally she said, I want you to be a Yankee, and it was a done deal."
Peter Gammons says it better than I ever could: "He wanted to go to the Yankees because his wife doesn't like Boston -- apparently she doesn't like the stores on Newbury Street or something -- and in the end that's the way it goes."
Hometown: Mark and Leigh reside in Westlake Texas in the offseason with their son, Jack Gordan, and daughter, Addison Leigh.

Does anybody else think that Mark Teixeira is hot, even though he's married already and plus he's happy? well, I do. I know, I'm only 15 years of age, but he's still hot. I just think hes hot I'm not gonna marry him. And does anyone know how to make Microwave mac and cheese?

I think Teix is more tha just HOT! It's the most handsome a hottest guy in this world! He always be hot!! Well I dream with him, and I don't care he's married!
I LOVE A LOT HIM! IN THE WAY THAT HE WANT! Wherever his wife it's nice so, maybe he's happy! I hope! He needs the better of these world!
